Queenstown // Gibbson Valley Wedding at Kinross Winery

Updated: Oct 6, 2022

Donna & Tony got married on Friday at Kinross Winery, tucked into the middle of the beautiful Gibbston Valley.

They both got ready on site which made the morning very relaxed and their son Eli could got between Mum & Dad as he he got all dressed up too!

Donna had photos of both her grandparents in little lockets attached to her flowers which was a nice touch. Her veil is also a heirloom with it being passed down the generations!

The pair married in front of 45 close friends and family in front of the pond with a twisted wooden arch. They spoke some beautiful vows to each other and walked out husband and wife into a cloud of petals.

It was an absolute scorcher of a day (30 degree+) so we decided to head off site to the river for photos with the bridal party. Nick, one of the groomsmen got on a role swing down by the water in his full suit! Luckily he didn’t fall in the river (although I think we all wished we could take a quick dip).

Back at Kinross we headed up to the picnic table overlooking the vineyard for a quite drink and some down time to take the day in! The view up there is stunning 👌🏼

Then it was party time, with the reception held in the Willow room - drinks flowing, a beautiful cake and speeches to be made. I know it will have been a fantastic evening.

Congratulations Mr & Mrs Jones! 🥂
