You must have had a look at my work, felt a connection to it and be able to imagine you and you loved one in my photos together. There is nothing more special for me than being asked to document your wild and adventurous love story.
What exactly is an elopement?
An elopement is an intentionally small gathering with the ones you love (or just yourselves). A wedding day that is centred around the two of you, committing yourselves to one another in a way that is meaningful and authentically you, without the performance of a big wedding day.
It is about creating a space where you can say your vows to each other, cry, laugh and spend the day soaking up all of the beautiful things that make you the perfect match for each other.
It can be a day of saying your vows at sunrise or sunset, getting a helicopter up a mountain or hiking into a beautiful waterfall. It can be camping with 15 of your best friends and celebrating around the campfire – anything you dream up!

Why Elope?
There are a multitude of reasons elopements are fast becoming a popular way to commit to one another.
You can create a day that is truly and authentically YOU. No need to worry about strict timelines, wedding favours, what colours to theme the day or any of the other overwhelming details of a big wedding.
You get to spend quality time with one another not just milling around trying to get that 3 minutes with each guest like at a big cookie cutter wedding.
You can go on an adventure and celebrate a day that is entirely yours and completely meaningful.

8 hour experience - $3800 NZD
Eight hours coverage
I will tell the story of your epic adventure elopement. This is enough time for getting ready photos, your adventure wedding location, portraits and a celebration to wrap up your day.
If you wanted to hike we could do a 5hr return trip, or spend the day exploring multiple spots by 4 wheel drive or helicopter.
Location, vendor & timeline planning
First I send out a questionnaire to get to know you two, which asks all about what you are envisioning your day to be like. I then send you out some location ideas and help you choose your dream location. Next up are vendor recommendation lists, timeline planning to help choose the best time of day and lighting to create a relaxed and enjoyable experience. You get all of the help you need to create your own epic adventure.
All of your photos
You will always receive the full resolution, edited digital files with unlimited downloads, sharing and personal printing rights.
They will also be in an online gallery that you can share world - wide with all of your friends and family.
My travel is covered
No matter where you are eloping in Southland/Otago (that is accessible by car), there is no extra travel fee – I will take care of all my travel costs.
4 hour experience - $2600 NZD
Four hours coverage
I will tell the story of your epic adventure elopement. This is enough time for getting ready photos, ceremony and some portrait’s together. Perfect for a heli elopement or short hike.

First I send out a questionnaire to get to know you two, which asks all about what you are envisioning your day to be like. I then send you out some location ideas and help you choose your dream location. Next up are vendor recommendation lists, timeline planning to help choose the best time of day and lighting to create a relaxed and enjoyable experience. Two hours coverage
I will tell the story of your epic adventure elopement. This is enough time for your adventure wedding location and portraits.
Perfect for a simple park ceremony or a quick heli flight up the mountain!

FAQ
How many images will I receive? For a full elopement day I deliver at least 400 images. Often many more than this but I don’t like to put an exact figure on it. Every elopement is different and varies from the last. I prefer quality over quantity!
How long do I need to wait for my photos? You will be sent some sneak peeks within 48 hours. There is a 6 week turn around for full gallery and album delivery after your elopement.
Do you have payment options? To secure your date a 25% deposit is required. The full amount is due 2 weeks before your elopement. This can either be paid off on a payment plan or lump sum. Bank Transfer/Credit Card and Pay Pal are all accepted.
I want to book a helicopter for photos - can you help with that? Of course! This is all included in your location planning and vendor recommendations.
So what happens now?
I know you probably have a ton of questions - lets meet up/zoom/phone call and have a chat, drink some coffee (or wine) and cover everything you would like to know! I want you to be 100% confident in making this booking.
Contract & Deposit
You guys ready? lets do this! I require a signed contract that I will send out and a non refundable 25% deposit. The full amount is due 2 weeks before your elopement date.

Hey, I’m Brogan! I’m a full - time photographer based in the south of New Zealand who can’t get enough of the mountain air, weekend adventures and my beautiful golden retriever, Milo!
If I’m not behind the camera you will find me riding horses, hiking up a mountain or planning my next overseas adventure. I don’t just want you to have great photos. I want you to have a heck of a good time as well.
