Balfour // Tipi Wedding on the Family Farm

Set among the rolling hills of Balfour, Andrew & Morgan were married on the family farm. Tipis made a beautiful reception space and they had games galore to keep guests entertained.

Andrew & the guys got ready on site. It was a pretty chill morning for them before the little side marquees got picked up by a wind gust and blown down the road!

Meanwhile Morgan was sipping a mimosa and hanging with the gals and Alfred (the ring bearer. Who is a gorgeous little doodle dog)

The first look took place at the farm silos. Andrew is a crop farmer, so the theme of wheat was woven into the whole day. We also went to a neighbouring farm which has incredible 360 degree views over Balfour.

It was time to get these two married, so back to the tipis we went! Morgan’s Dad only saw her for the first time as she rounded the corner of the tipi to walk down the aisle with him - so that was a cute moment.

They had a lovely ceremony and Alfie did a good job with the rings. Walking back down the aisle the couple were showered with colourful petals. They had custom cocktails for guests and not one, not two, but THREE cakes!

The afternoon flew by with heaps to keep people entertained. The reception set up was stunning. Speeches were awesome and I’m between there was a 15 min window of the sun popping through the clouds, so we boosted to the wheat field to get sunset photos!

It was a glorious day and I’m so happy these two had such a great time with friends and family. Congratulations Mr & Mrs Smith! 🥂
