Bluff // Intimate Wedding at Family Property

After the stress of new mandates coming in & the rules around events ever changing, Suli & Taylor decided to pull their wedding forward to Thursday and just get married before anything else could throw a spanner in the works!

So within 12 hours Suli had planned an entirely different wedding with just family and close friends at her Nanas house in Bluff.

It was the most perfect day - Taylor had his Dad as best man. They got ready along with his brother and Mum over a very relaxed morning!

Suli & her bridesmaids got ready in Otatara at home. All of the little details that went in the day were amazing. It got a little emotional when Taylor’s surprise gift and card arrived. Then as Suli put on her dress she pinned an old locket inside near her heart that contained hair from her late brother, so that he would be with her on the day 😭 and THEN she had a first look with Dad. So lots of emotions! But good emotions ❤️

The house in Bluff has beautiful gardens and a view out over the harbour. Taylor’s face when he was Suli was priceless and they had a lovely intimate ceremony with incredible vows.

After that a seafood feast was ready to be devoured, bubbles were popped and everyone was ready to party!

We stayed on site for photos because why the heck would you need to leave with those views?! Which were followed with speeches (the really pushed home how much love there is for this couple) and cake cutting!

It was the most perfect, intimate and personal day. Congratulations Mr & Mrs Swan! 🥂
