Glenorchy // Horseback surprise proposal with picnic

Joey planned the most amazing surprise proposal adventure day for Shika during their recent trip to New Zealand. It had multiple parts and here is the start of the day!

The sun was shining and Autumn colours out. The first activity planned was a horse trek with @highcountryhorses along the river. Part of the way a picnic & flower bouquet had been set up with the awesome mountain views.

Being Lord of the Rings fans it was so cool to see Joey gave Shika a necklace that is a replica of the Evenstar that Aragorn gives Arwen. They enjoyed a riverside picnic and photos with the horses before riding back to the stables for part 2 of the adventure - a helicopter flight into Earnslaw Burn!
