Matt & Jess had an incredible wedding in Te Anau 🥰
The original plan was to elope in Italy, but covid put an end to that. The next best thing was to have a day surrounded by their friends and family.
We ran around under the mountains in Eglington Valley after a super cute first look (honestly, I LOVE these moments so much). Then spent the rest of the day at the stunning Fiordland Lodge, overlooking the lake.
The entire day was so soaked in love and everyone looked so happy, even when the rain came in the afternoon and brought everyone inside.
I feel like I need to mention the food – Jess is a fantastic cook and baker, I have photographed quite a few of her beautiful creations at past weddings and her attention to detail is on point.
They had a full sit down 3 course meal, handmade truffles, macaroons & a doughnut cake!!!
With everyone on a sugar high after that, they lit up the dance floor and partied the night away.
