Wanaka // Summer wedding at Maple Lodge

Wanaka put on a beautiful day for Tash, Ross and all of their friends and family who were visiting NZ for the wedding! The pair tied the knot at Maple Lodge (which is a perfect venue to stay at and get married at with smaller groups).

Everyone got ready on site in separate areas of the house. Ross had his Dad help him with his shoes & last bits of his outfit. The kilt & shoes were actually his Dads passed down to him! Tash got ready upstairs with a view of everything happening as the ceremony was set and the Aperol Spritz bar sorted for guests to enjoy a drink in the garden on arrival.

They had a beautiful ceremony and you could not wipe the grins off everyone’s faces as they came back down the aisle! As a surprise for guest they had a bagpiper play just as they were transitioning into cocktail hour. The afternoon was spent enjoying the sun, drinks & food on the lawn.

We quickly whipped off to Dublin Bay for some photos by the lake, before arriving back in time for the reception. They had a food truck, doughnut tower and an endless sunny evening to party away. Such a fun day! Congratulations Mr & Mrs Caithness 🥂
