Invercargill // Bill Richardson's Transport World Wedding

Jessie & Roy had originally planned to get married in Rarotonga 🌴

When that plan was disrupted they went for an intimate family wedding in Invercargill instead!

They spent the morning at home getting ready. Roy headed out just before Jessie got into her gown. I came to do some photos with her Dad before heading to the ceremony.

Transport World has this little room upstairs that was perfect for a small ceremony. With plants, white chairs and light streaming in through the window it was as close to an island vibe as you could get indoors!

They said vows and exchanged rings in front of their families and celebrated with a few drinks before heading away for photos.

With the torrential rain we decided to do photos in Roy’s shed with his vintage Mini collection! It was such a cool spot.

Back at Transport World we did family photos in the museum & looked around the collection before heading back upstairs for dinner.

I’m so pleased these two could have such a relaxed and enjoyable day, without the current restrictions holding them back! 😊

Rings: Michael Hill

Celebrant: Megan McKenzie

Catering: Mash Catering
