Nightcaps // Family farm marquee wedding

Kaitlin & James planned the most epic day on the farm surrounded by friends and family. So much thought and detail went into every aspect of the day.
James and the guys got ready at home, they had a pretty relaxed morning! Meanwhile Kaitlin was at her parents with her bridesmaids. They had a beautiful view and watched as the clouds lifted, over the ceremony site.
They did a first look on the lawn, which was great to calm the nerves before heading off to get married!
The set up was incredible. Kaitlin’s Dad made the mountain arch, they had baylage bride & groom at the gate, a patch cut through the wheat paddock. The cows grazing in the paddock behind were in the shape of a heart!!!! (They have collars on that set a boundary and when it was dark they had lights that lit up too).
The ceremony was beautiful, with personal vows and a shower of dried petals on the way out. After hugs and congratulations, we whipped off for some photos on the farm.
It was so cool, one of the paddocks we went to was opposite the venue, so we could see if all from the top of the farm! The highlight was taking photos with Ferdinand a bull that James has trained to enjoy a cheeky scratch. He was massive and kinda scary and was not a fan of Kaitlin’s veil, but the guys all got in there and gave him a cuddle 😅
The reception kicked off with guests waving ribbons as the bridal party danced in and Kaitlin & James roared in on the motorbike. After speeches, cake & dinner we snuck out to the wheat field for some evening photos. I could have been out there for hours, it was photographers dream! But, I needed to get them back to the party! Such an awesome day all round and one I won’t ever forget!
Congratulations Mr & Mrs Dickson! 🥂
