Aleisha & Rob had the most amazing mid week elopement in Wanaka.
They planned the whole day in 5 weeks and what a day it was. They both got ready together at an Air BnB that had views out to the lake. The little balcony upstairs was the perfect spot to do a first look 🥰
Then it was off in a helicopter to the iconic Roy’s Peak. This was actually where Rob asked Aleisha to marry him, so it was extra special getting to go back on wedding day… and a lot easier to fly up than walk!
Next stop was Fog Peak - there was snow, mountains on mountains and views down to the valley below! It was pretty cold so after looking around and throwing a few snowballs it was time to head back & make this thing official.
The ceremony was held under a big gum tree with views out over Lake Hawea. The wind had come up, making everyone crowd in together for a super intimate ceremony with just family & close friends attending.
They then finished the evening at Lipsky & Sons. With a private dinner set up, lawn games, umbrellas & bubbles it looked like they were in for a relaxing and fun filled evening.
Congratulations you two - it was so much fun seeing this day come together so quickly, you absolutely nailed the adventure elopement! 🥂
